EFS 800 - ELECTRONIC YARN FEEDER

Application:

 

The EFS 800 is designed to feed elastic and non-elastic yarns with yarn tension control.

 

The sensor measures the yarn tension and adjusts the feed speed according to preset values.

 

Two modes are available:

 

Constant yarn tension.

 

Remote control yarn tension.

 

Main Features:

 

  • Constant yarn tension for uniform appearance to fabric.
  • No plating faults with fast changes in yarn speed.

TOOTHED BELT

Application:

 

This toothed belt is designed to provide constant, synchronised, slip-free drive to all the yarn feeders on the feeder ring.

 

The endless loop construction means that the belt has no bonding join.

 

The belt has a ver strong tension cord with 11 windings.

 

These two features means that the belt has an excellent tensile strength along its entire length.

SFE - STORAGE FEEDER

Application:

 

The SFE storage feeder ensures the right tension when knitting fabrics with intermittent yarn consumption, no matter what type of yarn is used.

 

The speed iof the DC motor is controlled by a microprocessor.

 

Sensors monitor the size of the yarn reserve on the spool body and keep it constant.

 

Main Features:

 

  • Even knit structure due to uniform yarn tension.
  • No fabric press-offs when the yarn braks due to the inlet yarn sensor and yarn reserve on the spool body.
  • No over-storing of yarn windings, no loop formation.
PULSONIC 5.2 - PRESSURE OILER

The PULSONIC 5.2 ensures the accurate dosage of even tiny quantities of oil per pulse with optimum oil distribution to the required locations of the machine.

 

Individual adjustment of the oil supply to all lubricating points is simple.

 

There is a significant reduction in oil consumption.

 

Setting is carried out using push buttons and shown on a clear display.

The machine is programmed using the control unit, which also shows the exact position of broken or damaged needles.
